We provide a comprehensive five-year warranty with every RackLift® device lifter. Extended coverage is available; contact jmelanson@biacbroadband.com or your RackLift® dealer for pricing.
- Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or freight abuse.
- Returns require an RMA from sales before any unit ships back.
- Cabinet lifters and tugs: consult your quote for the coverage term on that SKU.
